The following is summarized from minutes of the County Emergency Managers' Flood Briefing on March, 2011:  Contrary to previous information, the County Board has decided that Stearns County resients living within the 100 year floodplain will NOT be notified by letter by either County Environmental Services or County Emergency Services of their status.  In order to find if your residences or other real property is within the 100 year flood plain, you may wish to click on the link below and follow the instructions.
